The Prize: $650 "Spooky Nights" Custom Helmet:

1. Eligibility

The Battle Supply Company Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Battle Supply Company (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of such persons are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Battle Supply Company.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, entrants agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.

4. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on October 1, 2025 at 12:01 A.M., CST and ends on October 31 at 11:59 P.M., CST. (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

5. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter by any of the following methods during the Giveaway Period:

• Social Media Entry: Follow @battlesupplyco on Instagram. One (1) entry will be awarded per valid follow.
• Purchase Entry: Make a purchase at battlesupplycompany.com
  One (1) entry will be awarded for every $1.00 (USD) spent (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts).

No Purchase Necessary: To receive an entry without making a purchase, complete the Social Media Entry method by following @battlesupplyco on Instagram.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive merchandise with a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $650. Prize is nontransferable and no substitution or cash redemption will be made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within seven (7) days of the Giveaway Period ending. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram direct message within five (5) days of selection. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Rights Granted by Entrant

By entering, you grant the Sponsor the right to use your name, likeness, social media handle, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) late, lost, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; (ii) technical errors; or (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liability, loss, or damages arising out of participation or prize acceptance.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://battlesupplycompany.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out.

13. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of OK, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
